Well, the trained and educated employees will be dominated by managing directors relatives who are in position of managers, hence citizen was sold to Daikin,

professionals and trained will be at low level where managing directors relatives will be our managers and during decision taking, they will back fire employees, will never gain any knowledge

Citizen industries Ltd company is very good culture, atmospher, and good support with managements. DAIPL is provided to ISO &PDS training to our citizen team & try to improvement processes and standardization.

Dislikes

Everything is centred to one person ie the owner of the company. No decision which can be easily taken by regions have to be referred to the MD for approval. Exit is painful as Salaries are held back for flimsy reason without proof. No relieving letter is given and though taxes are deducted no form 16 is given by the company. Though Regions work and meet the customers and generate enquiries and get orders, the credit is always given to HO team. No transperancy in forwarding the enquiries received from a region to be handled by the region, only when the issue gets out of hand the HO team forwards the details to region to handle without back up communication
