Hey guys, I loved to work with peers here, but that does not matter if your company does not recognize your hard work and effort you have put through for them

Dislikes

They just don't recognize your effort. At the time of compensation and benefits, they just pick some of the top performers and give them hefty bonuses, whereas the middle performers or good performers and left with nothing (literally they give you 0 bonus or appraisal). And just beware of Saiganesh Ramachandran, he is an evil. He will squeeze the work out of you and will still be mad on you.

...t they can do.. I am just comparing it from other MNC I had worked in before . Compensation is a little less than the market and learning depends totally on you. Want to work on something cool and innovative. Come up with something that helps business logic or you will keep on doing same work for long hours anyway. No body ask you to work long hours. It's just you have to.

Mostly compensation and appreciation for work is lagging

The work environment is very healthy. You get to work on lot of different work types if you want. There is a lot of learning curve provided by the company

As such there aren’t any drawbacks. You just need to negotiate your salary better

Worst team to work here under managers - Aldan (No one is sensible, lacks empathy at all kind of situation). Bss apne mann ka kara lo inse, din bhar bss juniors ko sunate raho aur kuch kaam nhi.

Work culture is terrible, terrible, terrible. Lunch-less projects, late sitting is very common.

This is a good place for the freshers to work, as they could learn a lot in here But after attaining some experience in here one should try to look for opportunities in some other firms to grow, as in Cians you would get stuck in stagnant position doiung same things on loop and even if you try to learn something new and implement a anew process across the team/organisation you would be appreciated verbally and won't get any monetary benefits. Because the policy of thia company is to save as much money they can instead of rewarding the deserving candidates.

Dislikes

No enough monetary incentive even if the employee gives their best performance. They will be appreciated only verbally. The company only thinks as how to save as much miney
