The company has parties to support the employees, can go out of way if you put in request to support you

Not supportive of experience holders what they offer, the work type is not productive, operation or support work , policies not constructive, everything depends on manager HR can't help, you'd have to do majority of the work yourself be it transferring PF from previous org to Cians dept aren't supportive, you will be made to work till late night management under staff

The company pays well as per industry standard. If a person joins as a fresher, the learning curve can be really good, it was for me. But at the same time, once they train you with some work types, they are reluctant to give any further training, even if you ask for training. Seniors, especially Associate level guys are unfriendly and not polite at all. Management lacks basic emotional quotient. The culture is toxic. Work life balance is 0. Not the best place for people who like to have a personal / family life. Good place for workaholics.
