This is a good place for the freshers to work, as they could learn a lot in here But after attaining some experience in here one should try to look for opportunities in some other firms to grow, as in Cians you would get stuck in stagnant position doiung same things on loop and even if you try to learn something new and implement aanew process across the team/organisation you would be appreciated verbally and won't get any monetary benefits. Hey guys, I loved to work with peers here, but that does not matter if your company does not recognize your hard work and effort you have put through for them

They just don't recognize your effort. At the time of compensation and benefits, they just pick some of the top performers and give them hefty bonuses, whereas the middle performers or good performers and left with nothing (literally they give you 0 bonus or appraisal). And just beware of Saiganesh Ramachandran, he is an evil. He will squeeze the work out of you and will still be mad on you.

Worst team to work here under managers - Aldan (No one is sensible, lacks empathy at all kind of situation). Bss apne mann ka kara lo inse, din bhar bss juniors ko sunate raho aur kuch kaam nhi.
