I can't say much because I am not dissatisfied with company,I am dissatisfied with my channel. But still I can say company should change their approach according to the market competition. Orthodox and old system should change time to time.

As per cholamandalam company Ltd knowing about high status in market in gujrat and as per salary I got satisfied for my family . That's it all employs good...

Good work environment and culture team mates are supportive and amnagemnt is transparent. There is huge cafeyeria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies arr good appraisals are fair and they give good slary .

There is a lot of policies and the management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but career grow is slow

Only In company promotion you can't get salary hike as you deserved . Some of the points your salary is laser then your colleagues and team.

Appraisals are terrible here even if achieved 275% of ytd target they increase only 7% of salary..no personal life teams meeting every now and then infact after working hours also, continue warning of termination if you fail to achieve daily numbers
