Only I like in this company is timely incentive and salary .

Work environment worst , full pressure to sell other products if your background is from loan and they will pressurise you to do collection and sell motor insurance, concall from higher level is very terrible 5-6 con call in a day , bosses doesn't support junior level employees always pressurise them no job time they will tell you should work from 9 am in the morning and no time till night . Very bad company.

Not Very Good But Satisfactory Salary Compensation

No holidays, You have to work all 7 days a week but as per HR attendance system they mark your attendance 5 days rest 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) are weekly off. Working hours starts early morning from 6 am and there is no fixed time to return back to home. Apart from these if you are in recovery department and if your targets were getting short then you will be forced by seniors to get it achieved through you salary.like this there are many more things which are wrong in this organisation specially in Bihar & Jharkhand.

Good company as compare to other NBC Salary is not as level No work life balance You have to work for 24 hr Join office early at 9 am leave office after 8 pm After that they will call you at home to work from home after 8pm Very bad working culture specially if you are working in unsecured loan department that is CSEL DEPARTMENT

Please don't join in CSEL in cholamandalam investment and finance company

Salary is avarage and incentives are not so much. But yearly once in may month performance bonus is excellent

No promotion for girls because they want late 9 pm shift Demotivating no proper management/manager responsibility of their role Seeing only experience and gender not skills and qualifications

Credit people reporting to Sales. Multiple reporting. You feel always uncomfortable while day to day working. You may assign any work which is not a part of your KRA. Limited HR involvement in employee matters. Holiday working. Repeated concalls. Not a good place to work.
