The best thing about chetu is the benefits and pay they provide .6 month appraisal policy gives a financial establishment. I feel chetu is best place to learn and grow professionally .

Dislikes

If you are working hard and if you are loyal to your work, there is no cons as such there.

Likes

The Management maintains transparency and is very supportive. The salary is on time and is credited after three working days of the month. They have a monthly review and a six-month appraisal policy which really motivates one to grow. A positive work environment is a cherry on top.

Dislikes

They have long working hours and strict time. Every alternate Saturdays working and sometimes even have to stay for night shifts

...ion. Also , they stopped work from home and pressurize employees to come office. Also they deducted the salary of those employees who are working from home after 31st august. They didn't care about the life of the employees, they only cares about their earnings i.e how to earn more and more. My suggestion to job seekers is always put Chetu on their last priority in job search. Chetu's infrastructure is good but they didn't care about employees.

There was nothing to like about in that organisation. The environment was terrible to work at. It was like a government school that they are running and even if you complete your work your hours in the organisation they will still find a reason to fire you. The politics is on another level going on which is huge than Indian government as they can fire a person based on their communication with others(not in a bad way), their friendliness. They judge people on how one interact with other team members. It was one of the worst experience I had in my 3 years of career.

Dislikes

...will still get fired without any reason even though you did your work on time. They can also fire you based on your high salary which they provided in the joining. Or else other seniors won’t be able to take this that a team member is getting equal salary as they are getting while being in the organisation for 5 years or so which is a normal thing as you get hike if you switch from one organisation to other but they will get jealous and make you get fired from the organisation.
