IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LEARN ABOUT WHERE YOU SHOULDN'T LAND, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. WORKING IN THIS ORGANIZATION IS SO INTERESTING THAT YOU END UP KNOWING THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED IN A SPAN OF 2-5 MONTHS. IN MY CASE I HAVE SEEN ALMOST EVERY PLACE GOING VACANT IN MY SHORT SPAN OF CAREER IN THIS ORGANIZATION.

...E TRYING TO PUT UP SYSTEMS, IN FACT, PEOPLE WILL PULL YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVELS 5TH --> SALARIES ARE COMING FROM DIFFERENT UNITS AND IF YOUR SALARY IS COMING FROM A LOSS-MAKING UNIT YOU END UP GETTING YOUR SALARY IN THE LATE DAYS OF THE MONTH.

...f you join here be sure that you would need another job in 6 months of time. 2- SALARY DATE IS NOT FIXED. salary gets credited from 10th-20th of each month. 3- UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH. Expectations from each employee is unrealistic. You will be overburdened with work. 4- NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE. If you join be sure that you will not have time for family or even for yourself. All Saturdays are working and at times they call you on Sundays and mostly cancels the national holidays since the chairman is visiting. 5- NO POLICIES IN PLACE. The whole HR department has been terminated 2 times in 2 years of time. No HR Policies in place.
