IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LEARN ABOUT WHERE YOU SHOULDN'T LAND, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. WORKING IN THIS ORGANIZATION IS SO INTERESTING THAT YOU END UP KNOWING THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED IN A SPAN OF 2-5 MONTHS. IN MY CASE I HAVE SEEN ALMOST EVERY PLACE GOING VACANT IN MY SHORT SPAN OF CAREER IN THIS ORGANIZATION.

List can go on and on. 1- NO JOB SECURITY. If you join here be sure that you would need another job in 6 months of time. 2- SALARY DATE IS NOT FIXED. salary gets credited from 10th-20th of each month. 3- UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH. Expectations from each employee is unrealistic. You will be overburdened with work. 4- NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE. If you join be sure that you will not have time for family or even for yourself. All Saturdays are working and at times they call you on Sundays and mostly cancels the national holidays since the chairman is visiting. 5- NO POLICIES IN PLACE. The whole HR department has been terminated 2 times in 2 years of time. No HR Policies in place....Read More

1. Deduction of half day salary if you reach after 10:30 in morning. 2. No benefits of tea, coffee. If you ask for another tea or coffee, they will say, we are not allowed to serve another coffee. 3. They have a habit to cancel the national holidays leave and call the team to office onfestival like Diwali, Holi, Eid 4. Call office to Working on sundays 5. Data is not centralise 6. Lot of confusion because of nepal and India team and other team 7. They are not sure about their verticals 8. Cg corp and Chaudhary group, they are not sure on their Google address 9.
