His Project Quint and many properties are big flop like him, He makes Gurgaon ppl and especially HR team work for him, Gives unnecessary pressure. Don't know how to manage business. There is nothing much to like. You have to work because you are working there, no one cares about employees. Whenever someone gets an opportunity from another company he/she immediately leaves this company.

There is no growth below the AGM/GM lavel, basically there is no iife for them. There is no work culture neither any opportunaty for value addtion, Your growth is depend how you maintain relation with the Senior Management like how good on oiling.
