Likes??? Are you kidding me? There is not even a single thing in this organization to "like". NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY

List can go on and on. 1- NO JOB SECURITY. If you join here be sure that you would need another job in 6 months of time. 2- SALARY DATE IS NOT FIXED. salary gets credited from 10th-20th of each month. 3- UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH. Expectations from each employee is unrealistic. You will be overburdened with work. 4- NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE. If you join be sure that you will not have time for family or even for yourself. All Saturdays are working and at times they call you on Sundays and mostly cancels the national holidays since the chairman is visiting. 5- NO POLICIES IN PLACE. The whole HR department has been terminated 2 times in 2 years of time. No HR Policies in place....Read More

Working culture is worrest where people are not from FMCG sales and distribution and it's purely primary driven and dumping system an poor quality of packaging and TADA is very very late and it's completely unorganised lala company.

There is nothing much to like. You have to work because you are working there, no one cares about employees. Whenever someone gets an opportunity from another company he/she immediately leaves this company.

Dislikes

There is no growth below the AGM/GM lavel, basically there is no iife for them. There is no work culture neither any opportunaty for value addtion, Your growth is depend how you maintain relation with the Senior Management like how good on oiling.

For the CG Corp Global Review i would like to say is that after spending my 4 years in the company i feel a bond with it. I felt myself i have grown interns of knowledge and salary increment as well. And there is no boundary for a deserving candidate. Different workshops and trainning program has added a plus as well.

Dislikes

If you are not a multitasker then there can be a problem. Sometime lot of work can overwhelm you. I would suggest for a time flexibility and two days holiday is a must for the motivation of new generations employees.
