The recent change in leadership has led to a significant increase in micro-management, which has negatively affected the delicate balance between work and personal life. Job security is practically non-existent, as termination can occur abruptly without warning, while employees are expected to provide a lengthy 90-day notice period in return. This situation poses significant challenges for individuals who seek stability and a healthy work-life balance.

...are for your job nor u r career. Wast of time to be part of this organization. In my case they hired me with in 4 months process gone n put me on the bench without salary for 6 month's. Please guys don't opt any offer from this org otherwise u will be unemployed in no time. HR always promise you as redeployment will be done in 7 to 10 days but those 7 to 10 days never come.

Not stable organization. HR & Management doesn't care of employees. In my case I was on the bench for 6 months in between I was covid + they didn't pay my salary nor insurance cover. They speak lies all the times regards to your salary/future/prospects. HR known for giving wrong info & lies alot Even employees benefits premiums are deducted from your salary. You will loose job in no time. Waste organization I ever seen.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and salary hike is satisfying.
