...ally because it ticks most of the boxes you would expect a good company to have. Work life balance, good compensation, knowledge peers, work accountability everything. The only downside I see is that if you're in Kolkata the technology stack is a bit old and you won't get a chance to work with the cutting edge technologies. Other than that I haven't found any drawbacks.

It is very difficult to find teams with culture this good. Everyone is entirely supportive and professional. It's a huge plus. Makes everything bearable.

...you do, there may not be enough opportunities for growth. Need better appraisal. It's great to be treated well but the monetary compensation matters too.

The inclusive culture and great professionals. Very good for beginners to nurture and learn. Friendly team members and understanding leaders.

This company is not the best pay master out there. Very limited growth in career. Few leadership are only goal oriented and not at all people oriented.

Work culture, management, policies. Maintaining work life balance practically is not possible, especially when you have a child to take care. You need special permissions for Work from home.
