The culture is very nice, even the managers are very humble and communicate very often. We get latest laptops to work, some of us are working on MACBOOK PRO 32 GB. The payment is approximate double to what other organisations offer for as per work experience. We are working on cutting edge technologies and Testing is given a lot ofimportance in Cerner. During Corona pandemic we got a lot of help from our org. Even before the Tech Giants declared WFH, Cerner had declared WFH for all employees. Overall its good experience and good environment. Always will be busy but will not be any pressure to complete the tasks. Everyone has the freedom to present their innovative idea and always organization looking from us.

Dislikes

In-house built tools will be there and will be in different technology. Might be too old and added multiple modules to that instead of considering the latest technology. But it will depend on the team and the organization.

Mostly things are good here, just the bigger percentage of work is on older technologies, which needs to change.
