"Culture" is the word which I like about working in Cerner. It leverages opportunities to excel in what I do and also transparency within company helps me understand it in a much better way.

It is very difficult to find teams with culture this good. Everyone is entirely supportive and professional. It's a huge plus. Makes everything bearable.

...you do, there may not be enough opportunities for growth. Need better appraisal. It's great to be treated well but the monetary compensation matters too.

...r and the project you're working on. My team is good, so I'm giving five stars. Salary:- They hire at a good wage Job security:- I believe it is good because I did not hear about anyone getting fired from India. Skill development and learning:- Again, this depends on the team and the product you're working on. My experience is very good. I was exposed to the most widely used tech stacks. Work satisfaction:- It is good. The only thing is that the process to call a task done is more.

Benefits:- Only medical insurance. Promotions:-Happens rarely. They will find another associate than giving promotions. Appraisals:- Without giving proper reasons they can skip a year's appraisal. This year(2023), we had a dummy performance review (Review without appraisal). Company culture:- The company attracts good talent but does not know how to retain them. Most of the talented associates I have worked with are not present in the organization.

Lot of free time to learn things in the background. If you are interested in a job which comes with job safety, albeit comparatively lower pay, and demands very little of you and expects very little in terms of new skills, this is a perfect place to be in.

Poor pay, no appraisals for 2 years across company. Even when they LAST scheduled appraisals, the hike wasn't inspiring. Product not relevant in Indian market and Indian product team have no product background and product related work. Horrible division of responsibilities and work across teams working on a product. US and India teams working on same product are part of different companies (Oracle Health in US and Oracle Cerner in India) with their independent leadership hierarchies, resulting in extremely poor co-ordination wrt to product development.
