Benefits:- Only medical insurance. Promotions:-Happens rarely. They will find another associate than giving promotions. Appraisals:- Without giving proper reasons they can skip a year's appraisal. This year(2023), we had a dummy performance review (Review without appraisal). Company culture:- The company attracts good talent but does not know how to retain them.
