Worst culture.. no proper co ordination from other departments Boss is always right Do what I say culture If possible need find the vendors who would work on free of cost basis (Cost conscious)

Enviromental satisfaction. I don't find much of growth in terms of 5 to 10yrs tunnure but i believe there is much improvement can be done retaining the existing employee by attending the concerned areas. Salary or appraisal process needs to be worked on more for more alignment and balance with work load and JD value. Innovations is something that Century always take up and very good initiaves are taken for development. The org is very Open to adopt technologies. I love working here and very supportive seniors i have come through during these years. Job security is good to here.

Dislikes

Compensation and work pressure is not fairly distributed and growth is slow. Work load is not equally distributed and potentiality or stregnths of individuals are not properly noticed or indulged Which obstrat growth.

Company has no vision mission, company hires people and forgets about them, (example - their management trainees) they hire mt's and forget about them, transfer them illogically here and there, when they starts to get a grip in the market and they expect freshers to to magic like magicians in the new transferred Market. The worst is the hr department, they are full of miscommitments. They hire freshers and destroys their career, my other batchmates are mt's in other companies and they r promoting to permanent employees, and i, still scrubbing here in this pathetic company as a management trainee. Whenever we call the respective hr he only replies, 'hmm' 'ok' 'hmm hmm' 'i will look into it'. That's it.

Company is renowned with Ply boards, Salary is on time. Last day of the month you will have your salary in your account. That is the only positive thing here.

Dislikes

Century works on Trial and Fire, if the market conditions are bad and you are unable to perform, you have to immediately quit.

Not any working support from reporting manager. Bsm..company recruit reporting manager who have not any knowledge about any work for flush door department.where i worked...also he is totally addicted person... but when i joined then the general manger was helpful .company appointed suddenly new general manager.who was from fmcg sector not have any idea about building materials sector..always talk irrelevant topic after his appointment of 3 month suddenly with out any proper reason called in branch office and said to resign other wise he terminate me....i.joined in this company as it was a Ltd company....but got behaviour like worked on a shop...specially for last 3 month..when joined the new general manager...totally wasted of time...this is the work culture of company own headquarters ...worked on century ply is wasted of time and energy both...
