This company earns well but doesn't know how to pay employees real worth.

Extreme level of office politics,

They Change their policy according to their requirements anytime without asking or informing the employees and then force the employee to work under that policy.
No work life balance.
This is not a company but a Lala ji ka shop.
Poor Salary
No appraisal
Employee gets fired without any prior information.
You will not learn anything new that will help you grow in your career.
If management feels, by firing you they will save 500 rs per month you will be fired.
No job security.
F&F amount won't be given to employees in promised time.
Worst level of politics
Most of the team leads are worthless they have no knowledge.
Privileged leave are cancelled by management just before it comes.
Policies are changed like people change their clothes.
HR asks employees for the positive reviews
Long working hours. (9 productive hours and no break includes in this)
EPF is not getting credited from a long time also both employees and employers part is getting deducted from salary.
Gratuity deduction is another part which is not mentioned in the payslip but it is getting deducted from the salary.
Changing salary account again and again.

Layoffs is another dark side of this company.
A company that makes you work more than labour working hours. A company that do not pay EPF but deducts from the salary. A company where salary is never on time. A company where have to work like donkeys and credit is taken by the superior senior having 0 knowledge... Toxic environment....

Upon resigning and providing a relieving letter, CEDCOSS Technologies shockingly refused to issue an experience letter. This blatant disregard for a fundamental employment document left me in a professional limbo, hindering my prospects in the job market.

The HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies, instead of serving as a bridge between employees and the company, acted more like enforcers. Their conduct was far from professional, resembling more the tactics of hired goons rather than human resource professionals.

To exacerbate matters, the HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies insisted they wouldn't clear my Full and Final settlement without an additional payment, despite the clear terms outlined in the relieving letter I had dutifully signed. This coercive approach to financial settlements post-employment is both unscrupulous and unethical.
**7. Blame Game with "Human Error":**
The ultimate insult came when CEDCOSS Technologies attributed my termination to a vague "human error." This vague justification not only lacks transparency but also seems to be an attempt to shirk responsibility for their questionable actions.
In conclusion, my time at CEDCOSS Technologies PVT Ltd was characterized by a pattern of unprofessional conduct, ethical lapses, and a blatant disregard for employee rights. I feel compelled to share this experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering employment with this company. It is my sincere hope that potential employees exercise due diligence before committing to an organization that falls short of basic standards of professionalism and integrity.
