The Ceasefire Industries Pvt Ltd invests a lot of money and Resources in Learning and Development Department for the Employees and R&D Department in launching new products every few months. And gives a training to each and every Employees regarding new products launched every month.

Dislikes

No Promotions given to the Employees and no Salary increments. And Work Culture is below average compare to the Head Office which is in Delhi.

In its record , this company never pays their x employees full and final . So before giving resignation try to take the salary and then put resign . You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . And the HR’s will not pickup your call and if they pickup , they will extend the month on after the another .

They are doing very big scam (i would like to say) They promising the salary in the offer letter like for e.g. ₹100 after deductions. but reality in hand we will get only 5-6% less than mentioned in offer letter i.e., ₹50. and the rest will be given as MPLR (in their terms) as copany doesn't work in Incentive Sceheme... if He/She can do the sell then only the MPLR will be credited at the end of the month (point to be noted) If not then half (30%)will be credited depending upon the daily activities done and maintaining it or not... Backend team, AVP, HOL are not supportive To many Internal process by which the order given by the cleints get delayed or the customer itself cancels the deals.

Best for freshers Many things to learn Salary only looks good an offer letter But you will get half of amount in hand Product is top notch and rates are high Brand value is good, which is helpfull in sale.

Dislikes

Salary given is less comparatively to work. No any travel allowance is given. You will feel pressure for sale after 4 months

This is a learning development centre... We can learn more about sales, marketing strategies...

Dislikes

You can learn but you can't earn.... because of their salary structure is not satisfied and also they are not providing travel expenses like fuel reimbursement, DA etc. You have to spend this expenses on your salary.
