If projects are there then you might be continued with a salary based on the project rate, however, priority will be given to some communities. Servicedesk manager (Full partiality person sitting for more than 20 years) Servicedesk Leads(will target specific employees and make them resign like I did) 3% hike for working 2 years with a good performance greater than 15% hikes twice a year and promotions to the favorite bucket people whose performance is poor Many more are there however CDM Smith has given me food and a career for 2 years I will be thankful to the company but service desk management no positive words.
