*IT Infra is terrible *Too much Business Restructuring *HR is toothless, no influence or decision making power at all *Marketing is getting relegated with reduced scope every 6 months *Office location is horrible *No energy or workplace motivation, place is dull *Induction for new employees is not structured *Too many undue processes and approvals which prolong the work, carrying out any initiative is a task *Lack of good food at 3rd party cafetaria

Job Security is zero Your sales achievement never matters Only thing matters favouritism Even if you will do highest sales achievement across the zone but you are not favourite of your boss then you can be asked to resign any time for no reason

Timely Salary, yearly health check up, staff outing, Mediclaim facility, good brand.

Zero job security, favouritism, no support in pandemic- lots of sales & marketing staff fired during lockdown- even lots of them had very good track record, utmost politics, nepotism, no support from management.

They cut those employees annual increment and bonus who don't buttering and always do their work on time.
