...the appropriate appreciation and the bootlickers will be rewarded very well. 4. No additional benefits for the employepes (not even during festival times, neither the sweets are given nor the bonus is given) 5. They provide pluxee meal card (₹140 per day, but this amount will be insufficient as the prices in the food court are very high). 6. There is a team where the work life balance is negligible . (I have seen lot of people work 16+ hours just for 8.5 billing hours, the worst part is that some people even avail half-day/full day leave and work during the leaves just to bill for 8.5 hours). 7. Deputation will be done only to indian companies (additional allowance will be given but it will not come under your ctc)

You can learn the basics here like every coaching centre or a online course that provide the knowledge about the tool, it almost equal when you are working as a Intern here. Other than that there is nothing to say about the likes!

Dislikes

...omplete within 2 or 3 days which you couldn't even complete those components. The pay also very low even for the experienced! If you are looking for a job in FEA field better go to any company which should be like this or else you can do a course and you can attend the interview and get hired for this job. This job requires more technical knowledge and the tool knowledge too! So plan accordingly. All the best!

... take leave on leave days. Poor work culture. RM & Manager are mostly BOOMERS. # They won't allow you to grow in organisation because of you grow, they need to pay more. So they won't allow you. # Simply it's a MESH FACTORY. # The seniors in organisation won't train you, because they focused to main their dominance without doing any efforts.

There are multiple verticals in Caresoft, and each vertical works in a different way. Job satisfaction is an individual perspective, but overall if you are a localite it's a good company to work with. Job security is a guaranteed one.

Dislikes

...ergency deployments. Project management is to be focussed on delivery aspects. The salary package is not competitive and appraisals are not on par with the work you did. Software domain culture to be improved.
