1. Provide good career opportunities. 2. Flexible punch in timings (grace period of 15 minutes is provided) & best part about that is they do not put LOP if you punch in bit late. 3. Chill and friendly team leads (Not applicable to all the teams😅). 4. In some of the teams hybrid mode is given

...the appropriate appreciation and the bootlickers will be rewarded very well. 4. No additional benefits for the employepes (not even during festival times, neither the sweets are given nor the bonus is given) 5. They provide pluxee meal card (₹140 per day, but this amount will be insufficient as the prices in the food court are very high). 6. There is a team where the work life balance is negligible . (I have seen lot of people work 16+ hours just for 8.5 billing hours, the worst part is that some people even avail half-day/full day leave and work during the leaves just to bill for 8.5 hours). 7. Deputation will be done only to indian companies (additional allowance will be given but it will not come under your ctc)

Harsh Managers, bad management, Full day working, no work life balance. Forced leave (without Pay)when less work available. Will be forced to work on both weekends when work is there. No support from HR team.

Poor planning in some projects, which leads to repeated work. Infrastructure needs to be developed. Management is easily escaping from the investment on infrastructure by maintaining the work location within the institution.

You can learn the basics here like every coaching centre or a online course that provide the knowledge about the tool, it almost equal when you are working as a Intern here. Other than that there is nothing to say about the likes!

...omplete within 2 or 3 days which you couldn't even complete those components. The pay also very low even for the experienced! If you are looking for a job in FEA field better go to any company which should be like this or else you can do a course and you can attend the interview and get hired for this job. This job requires more technical knowledge and the tool knowledge too! So plan accordingly. All the best!
