Monopoly of seniors they recruit employee of their benefit which is not good and they ask pay out amount for themselves pay out amount only for bank employee not for our bosses which is not good company has to track that thing

Company policies are good but appraisal are not fair and they give very poor salary and bonus every year.

There ia a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, career growth is very slow.

salary comes on time in that tuf situtation like COVID-19, our branch manager and teammates full support. in sales there was no job security. but yes there was career growth in religare health. yes i manage work-life comfortably.

there was no training sessions happens in our branch in this financail year. yes lots of people doing politics here thats why some time atmosphere not good. lots of seniors misbehave each other.

Your senior take all advantages of yours ability.but according you give businesses to company salary not justified and convenience is also so bad part of this company .you will never take advantages of convenience.

Third class company, there is no job security ,upper management is very rude not ready to listen employees problem and unexpected salary deduction and there is no conveince
