- Hire & Fire : No job security & Politics - Leaves : You will never know how much leaves you have left. (No Tools to check) and even for Holidays you have to take permission to company along with client. - Communication : HR will almost never reply some PMs are almost same - Appraisal : they will promise you to give better salary hike but believe me no matter how much time you spend & give better productivity, you will get less than 10% and if you demand more they will give 5-10% more and will force you to sign a Commitment with very bad policy. - Time Tracker : They will control you by installing timetracker software & will expect 60% of ratio to maintains (Means almost every second you have to click/type or move the cursor even if you are finding any solution) - No any benefits (Laptop, Internet etc.) - If you face any issue with your laptop, It's your loss & salary will also get deducted.

Likes

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

HR Portal: It would be beneficial to have and HR-related portal where employees can access leave details, check their leave balances, and explore a knowledge center featuring tutorials and video resources. 2. Leave Encashment Policy: Introducing a leave encashment policy would be a valuable addition, providing employees with the option to convert unused leave into a financial benefit. These enhancements would contribute to a more streamlined and employee-friendly experience.

Dislikes

Hire candidate but company have no project for them after some time they tell due to market down they haven't work for us and then fired us. No job security at all. If they haven't work then please don't hire candidates & break their carear.
