Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

Hire candidate but company have no project for them after some time they tell due to market down they haven't work for us and then fired us. No job security at all. If they haven't work then please don't hire candidates & break their carear.
