...of the seniors and project managers. It feels like an extended family over here. Not much of a dislike but I would want the company to arrange yearly get-together or picnic, yearly sport (Cricket or Football) tournaments to engage their employees.

...orking hours are very flexible and work from home facility is the cherry on top.They provide on-time salary and also yearly salary hikes. Saturday and Sunday are off.

Not really. But one minor point. - Holiday calendar, only 12 holiday's, including 2 Sunday's. Company may provide an alternative day if any holiday is in Sunday.
