Good work environment and culture. Specially the way CN see their employees and help them to achieve their goals. They believe in learning and development. Working with a good team. Everyone is very supportive. Management is very transparent and responsive. A good infrastructure. CN is a fast growing company and I am very lucky to be a part of this journey.

There is nothing for dislike about CN. I am getting my salary on time. Maintaining a good work life balance. Enjoying my work.

Likes

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

HR Portal: It would be beneficial to have and HR-related portal where employees can access leave details, check their leave balances, and explore a knowledge center featuring tutorials and video resources. 2. Leave Encashment Policy: Introducing a leave encashment policy would be a valuable addition, providing employees with the option to convert unused leave into a financial benefit. These enhancements would contribute to a more streamlined and employee-friendly experience.
