Salary structures are still way behind when compared to other companies that have similar client base or similar work types especially for agent level. Even though it is designed to be fair the fact that an external assessment happens for certain IJPs is detrimental as for certain supervisory roles the work done in expanding business through the year goes to waste

... But the problem is there is no much growth both professionally and financially. If there is no commitments and ready to work for average pay then this can be a best choice.

They removed from job to many of us during Covid-19 lockdown, rest everything is good with average salary hike and variable pay, can learn many things

The policy of notice period which we have to serve for 60 days

...s not that great . Career growth & oppurtunities is very difficult internallly . No allowance , incentives or performance bonus .

No night alllowance , incentives or performance bonus . Only a yearly bonus that too very less amount .

Only one thing that this company gives Saturday, Sunday off. But sometimes u have to work on weekends also.

...ack staving, no appreciation for good work and help to grow in the organization. Except all the salary package is worse than worst. Your salary package will be decided depending on the last take home, prior experience doesn't matter at all. Worst Company for experienced and for frasher.
