...career. I have been in many transitions they gave such aspects to prove myself.. Salary wise its little bit hard for dependency guys..However if you are single then its okay to survive. Meanwhile, i have been more then 2yrs. Honestly saying that i m able balance my work life, because of my management. They are very conscious in women employees more then men, so its better to work for girls. Job security also pakka i will ensure you guys that they will never ever send any one employee from Capgemini campus except any malpractices or any misbehaving activity's... Moreover its really good environment to work for freshers girls..

In my team the way treating every employees in respect. considering the opinions. Encouraging the value of the effort. Supporting for Work from home option. Not need to get permission or telling the reason for leave. Good work culture.

...EAM COORDINATION, FAKE COMMITMENTS, NO HOLIDAYS GIVEN FOR ANY EMERGENCY REASON. Otherwise we can take leave they put as a unplanned leave then salary will not come that day. They are giving forced rating of meaning 0 hike and no bonus. Demoting and pushing employees to bad project. Using these tactics they wann employees to resign.

...o respective teams. But there is no response. Now I've struck in that situation. My current salary is hold by the UAN number. It is totally irresponsible.😨😨😨🤦🏻

Salary was very low scale. Guys you don't expect appraisal and promotion.😊 Even you need a one day leave...they react like a (we ask a 1 weak leave) like that🤷🏻 And even WiFi connection bill was not able to claimed due to their carelessness and poatponed actions.

Overall good. I like employee re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. No standardation in salary in gradewise. I have to work more than 10 hrs. Hike is very low. No holiday even home country celebrations.
