...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Place where I work is not upto a good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is not at all transparent.

Carrer growth is good but Management doesn’t care about its employees Salary. Wont even provided assets to support engineers.

I think the training before joining is the best thing I found it useful .

No salary satisfaction even you work hard ,you are not going to get even decent hike ,hike rate is 3% .I don't know how well they want developer to be,

To be frank, nothing apart from seeing to the reputation of the company...

There is nothing in Capgemini that someone could like, there are no good facilities for employees, compensation is very low.., everything is charged including food, appraisals are very bad...

There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

Dislikes

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.
