Manager was worst person I have met in my whole life. Left capgemini because of him. For fresher, no choice to choose the technology you want to work on. Long bench period you may get. Hike is very low.

...our. Leadership will give all fresher under lead and asked to get the work done.no salary hike from last 2 year. Only boot leaker get promotion though there is some compliance issue.

No Hr connect. In 2 years only 1 connect from HR. Appraisal system is not good Few units in Capgemini don’t even follow the rules set by Capgemini. And Capgemini don’t do anything about it.

... client directly. I don't have to report to anyone in CG (that's the best part). Well this comes with some consequences like no salary hike no promotions.

As a fresher if u join , you will get nice personnel growth Unless u r assigned to nice project Work life balance is good Personally I got nice project and colleagues to encourage me and to take some difficult tasks
