No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

Management, Support from TLs and managers, Job Opportunities are not there even if you are eligible you will not get any chance to change your Job Role. Biased behaviour of managers towards some agents.

It is a good company to start your career because you will get to learn much more, they have extensive learning programs and collaboration with various vendors for external certifications. Overall it's a good company to work if you get good manager and project.

Dislikes

Salary, Annual Appraisal's, Promotions are not up to the mark.

Over all it's a very bad place to work especially for freshers as a fresher I joined in 2022 April now it's October till now there is no hike no bonus it's almost 1.6yrs but no hike regarding work culture it's disgusting they give you training in 1technology and gives you work on other technology so it's 0 rating from my end.period

9.30hours , no leaves for Indian holiday's, bad work culture, micro monitoring tool installed on laptops to ensure what we are doing on daily routines , no appraisal , no hikes/no bonus, No benefits to employee even working on complete nyt shifts. Capgemini is not following Indian culture
