Good work life balance. If you join as a fresher then you won't get much work, you can enjoy salary without work.

Dislikes

Luckily you will get a good project otherwise they will put you in any support role type project and you will be working on excel only. No chance to gain knowledge. If you join as a fresher and you are a average student then don't think you will get much to learn here.

I joined capgemini as a fresher and they provided me with a three months training program that was the best part of my capgemini career

There are many things I dislike about this company like salary and appraisal,I don't find good career growth here as I am a fresher, company is good if you are experienced and want a stable professional and personal life

teammmates - wonderful, training - awesome, job security - not much, career growth - slow, salary/appraisal- way lees sometimes 0%, travel - not at all good, this is reason why i left the organization, politics - little, learning - good, work evironment- good, innovation- not much, work life balance- not as expected.

...issue or simply release me from account. The work and other experience was good. Did not stay there till my first hike but i joined as fresher and everyone knows they pay very less to fresher.

Management, Support from TLs and managers, Job Opportunities are not there even if you are eligible you will not get any chance to change your Job Role. Biased behaviour of managers towards some agents.

Over all it's a very bad place to work especially for freshers as a fresher I joined in 2022 April now it's October till now there is no hike no bonus it's almost 1.6yrs but no hike regarding work culture it's disgusting they give you training in 1technology and gives you work on other technology so it's 0 rating from my end.period
