1. The company is known for not giving yearly hike to people. 2. Even if you get the topmost rating, expect no more hike percentage than 4-5%. 3. 1000 internal portals for 1000 activities. 4. Policies of Criteria for Hike and Promotion are not transparent and not available for employees to view.

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

Not allowing to work from home Not giving huge salary and benefits. Not even got promoted even after telling.
