...y a notice of three month so their last working would be end of April or in May. Such persons variable pay will not be issued though they are serving the entire year of variable pay period. Though they have work from home facility during this pandemic, they dont have a home drop facility for laptop and desktop for new joiners and people who have resigned. There is no wonder that they are baring th cost of covid-19 vaccination for their employees.

Growth and salary hike both are very slow and very poor.

Its a very good and very satisfied working culture, Work life Balance is also good. Its a very beautiful Learning Atmosphere where you can explore yourself.

Salary structure should be on the basis of your Grade. But here If you are in a Good Position that does not mean you are having Handsome Salary.

I learned more concepts , worked on Many project up to 10+ projects .

...d which done employees are interested that domain need to give opportunity . 2. In Capgemini Employees are worked very Hard , But there no increment in salary . How we trust in Capgemini. 3. In MNC companies most provide free cab facilities , But Capgemini there is no cab facilities "If you are provide cab facilities every employs should be interested in Cab and 200% Work will be meet in with in Estimated Time ".

Am not sure about the other teams, people manager makes the employee comfortable in all aspects, salary and other things are secondary, work life balance and peaceful working are important, bad people manager of the team ruins entire teams peace.. So a single people manager ruins entire organizations name

Competitively no salary growth for software developers or quality assurance, upper stack holders only cares about management people. They don't have importances for software developers or quality assurance. They only provide better growth to management people.
