The work culture, people and quality of projects were excellent. I got promoted after 1 year of joining the organisation. Overall, very satisfying experience.

Salary compensation could be more for right candidate. The Exit policy of serving compulsory 3 months notice period even for guys on bench needs to be lifted.

Good learning opportunities; have got chance to travel through the company. Job security is there.

The salary doesn't increase as per the market standards until you resign from the company and they don't bother to look into that until then. Everything requires a lot of approvals, up to BU head and CEO in these cases. You may not get ratings what you deserve and it keeps impacting your salary.

The company policies are in favour of European employees only. The company abruptly cancels earned leaves by employees. The company sets up the worst practices in payroll and appraisal cycle.

Compensation and salary is an issue in this company specially for freshers..They dont provide actual compensation what they have written in offer letter for fresher.
