Low salary hike, Rating and Promotion is very low and you will be strictly asked to work from office no matter what other wise don't expect rating and you will get mail from hr department directly like they will take some strict action and you if not come.

The work life balance is good, the company policies are very accommodating and friendly for employees, and pay is above average.

If you want to grow in terms of experience there is less opportunity. Lots of ways to learn and upskill but less chance to actually put them to use

...t 5 % every year. Work culture is good and coworker are very friendly in nature. Highly demanding day job but HR and manager not bother for salary part. Stress is common . If u not performing up to mark than u hire and fire policy applicable

Increment part very low 3.5 percent to 5 percent. And promotion increment is Rs 500

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming Arcade for chilling company policy are good

...or and discriminated. People with same skill and job role gets paid differently. Even at times freshers are hired at more package in comparison to a person working at the same department for more than 3years and at higher designation!! Also learning growth and development opportunity is limited but thats project specific because of the hectic schedule.
