No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

It's an average company.

Dislikes

There are management issues , politics, salary is negligible. They are considering working till 10 PM is general shift which is not good. US have their shift ending at 4 PM and other countries too but Indians have general shift ending at 10 PM. Overlapping time for calls till 8 PM is fine after that company should provide shift allowance or not allow to sit that's like a good work culture.

No appraisal in 2 years and when check about the same with manager they told this is because of pay parity. I was being outsourced to client hence no interaction with the team or manager. Manager will give the appraisal rating without even getting feedback from client.

Only Job Security-- if you are placed in a right team, otherwise there is no guarantee. You can change your team and apply for IJP-- to get rid of one toxic team and to be placed to another(at least for 1-2 months you can enjoy)

...nce you go on the bench, you are out of the company, if you do not have network. The company finds stupidest reason for not giving hike, even they eat out at least half of your annual bonus. No scope for growth, you spend years waiting and hoping that someday you will get a promotion or good hike, unless you are extreme chamcha of your boss, you are dead, even if you have skills or take entire workload of your team. Some teams have extreme toxic colleagues, politics due to internal conflicts is worst than the current political parties in India.
