No Hr connect. In 2 years only 1 connect from HR. Appraisal system is not good Few units in Capgemini don’t even follow the rules set by Capgemini. And Capgemini don’t do anything about it.

... client directly. I don't have to report to anyone in CG (that's the best part). Well this comes with some consequences like no salary hike no promotions.

There is no respect or recognition for the work I have been doing for last several years.

As a fresher if u join , you will get nice personnel growth Unless u r assigned to nice project Work life balance is good Personally I got nice project and colleagues to encourage me and to take some difficult tasks

Salary and perks are less If u need better salary try to jump after certain period

The company was good but the project assigned to didn't bothered of giving appreciation to employe for doing great /good work. The appreciation and benefits were given to only the one those who never worled.
