All the processes here are slow like a government company so you may get more bench time.

Dislikes

The whole company is filled with selfish managers who can't afford your salary, they'll try to kick you out of the company as soon as the client billing stops. HR are dumb they listen only to what managers tell them to speak. Worst company with a good face.

The portals that are provided for learning are quite helpful. Job security.

...h unnecessarily huge amount of pressure. 7. Work-life balance is non-existent. Very poor for the salary they provide. All in all, it’s not really a company a fresher might want to start with, unless they get into a good, stable, and growing project.

Compensation is very low Micro management Promotions will be dependent on age and experience but not based on your performance/work. Hikes doesn't match with inflation atleast.

Frequent changes in management teams hence no job security Known for very poor increments and salary in the industry No focus on innovation or up sell services to improve margins Almost negligible revenues from Consulting Talks of People Matter but in reality it is exactly the opposite India Leadership teams are lackluster no leader inspires or even makes an effort to connect with the workforce HR function is a joke in this company
