Capgemini has degraded now, the leadership management sucks and the peanuts salary they are providing is only to feed 1 person, they are changing policies frequently at all levels with no prior notice.

Dislikes

Leadership is not having proper vision, consideration for employees have reduced a lot over the years, they hire mostly fresh graduates and women employees to pay them less, really bad increments, people with 10 years of exp, staying here are earning way less than market standards. if you wish to stay stagnant and want no growth monetarily join Capgemini !

The work culture is very good here . You can easily learn new technologies which is on demand now and shift the career into that

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues . Although salary is good but career growth is slow. For freshers there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .

Good people, employee centric organization, good office location, good canteen facilities, office transportation

Dislikes

Project management could be better, compensation is average in the industry and health insurance benefits are poor

There is good scope of learning and growth with in the company. Management actually hears out your concerns and the Job security is also guaranteed. Work culture has been great.

Only thing to worry about is the compensation and benefits which are not as per the industry standards, but i guess this is same across any big MNC

Have a good working culture and the team mates are also cooperative. Can have a good growth in the sector

Dislikes

I haven't received the revised pay as per the annual pay. I got the appraisal for the promotion and haven't received the pay for ratings which will be given every year.
