...re coming from tier-1 colleges they will give more salaries to tier-1 colleges. And employees who have been working for the past 2 years will never increase their salary but they will give 8+ LPA who come from Tier-1 colleges they don't check the knowledge they want IIT, NIT, BITS, etc

...s on your team. Opportunity to work in so many projects. Coordination is good. Good Pay Scale.

Dislikes

Hike % should be increased or atleast as per performance. More facilities or reimbursement could be added for WFH.

Salary hike & promotion are 2 places they need to work a bit, otherwise good place to work

Appraisal and hike don't match, you might be a top rated talent but still get peanuts work hike. And promotion needs to streamlined, nobody knows what parameters you need to fulfill to be eligible for one.

Managers and colleagues are friendly and cooperative except one. Flexibility to work from any location during the hybrid mode. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

"Client/Vendor is God" like policy. Verbal appreciation was instead written and compensation. Less or no opportunity to grow technically. If you completed 9 tasks on time even before the time of the given 10 tasks and did not complete one task on time then there is no value to your work. Less knowledge sharing of the Project. Less or No (in my case) promotion or appraisal throughout the year. No or less leaves benefits until/unless you are hospitalized.

Likes

Worst part is lower salary. It's not like everyone is getting low salary. But they don't have a standard to payout. The workers who are there for a long time are not getting rewards.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are very low.
