Frequent changes in management teams hence no job security Known for very poor increments and salary in the industry No focus on innovation or up sell services to improve margins Almost negligible revenues from Consulting Talks of People Matter but in reality it is exactly the opposite India Leadership teams are lackluster no leader inspires or even makes an effort to connect with the workforce HR function is a joke in this company

Good working culture, opportunities are shared to perform at next level, flat hierarchy leaders are always available to hear you out

Slow moving, decisions are centralised and flowing from france. Not a very good pay master

minimal to No salary increase work culture- b2b weekend working, late shifts, scope creeps Gratuity is part of ctc and not contributed by company Rude behaviour of many people at key positions. CG has acquired a number of companies and the culture in those units is largely different from the CG culture

No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do
