Firstly i will say about the team As a dba if this your first job mostly you will work in L2 team and here you will many things but you will not get time to learn new things so after completing two years need to switch to l3 team or outside. Patching on non rac db with standby 6 Solved Performance issues faced by application team( query optimization, stats gathering index rebuilding long running queries Awr and ash report, run sql tuning advisory At last also raised sr with oracle support they have suggested to change or increase the value of db parameters like sga and pga etc 7 Guaranteed Restore point creation testing work for apps team and rollback by using this. 8 solve sync issues as rfs not working due to various reasons like fra full, standby file management manual , password file change standby down. 9 restoration of db with rman and active duplicate method 10 upgrade the db with traditional way 11 rman bkp configuration and schedule with crontab using rman catalog db 12 Job security is good. ... and junior managers don't know how to talk with new joiners or with employees. Hr's and manager are too confused about job role and salary/ location discussion. At first they agree on everything but once you joined they company they deny on everything that has been discussed earlier even if it's on mail ..and put you on bench and after 6 months asked you to leave due to bench period over or you are not able to be billable. Also your probation with not be confirmed and having said that they will kick you out of the company. Even if you complain to HR about the issues. So if you want to stay in this company don't stand for your rights and just stay as per them because manager and HR ...they can change policy anytime as per their convenience and ask to to obey otherwise there will be termination which leads to no job security in this company.

Capgemini has a good work life balance. Offers many financial offers like leasing of cars and many more options. Capgemini offers more on-site opportunities for the employees. The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office. Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.

The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.
