Lots of politics and leg pulling, Superficial subject knowledge, Compensation is not to the industry standard; however, it depends upon your relations with your reporting authority, if you are in good books no need to work even.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
