Provides good infrastructure and facilities. Provide adequate Work Life Balances (however differs from project to project on how it is implemented)

Compensation and Salary hike are below average. Was in project where the work pressure was high - extreme especially for people like me who have recently joined such project (got to know later, no one below management level like this project and many had put in their papers since management did not like people moving to other projects and hence does not provide approval for internal transfers). Do check how many people leave this organization within a year or two of joining to see how good this company is.

Capgemini is really good place to work. They provide you trainings and upskilling program , they have multiple learning portals to keep one updated. It depends on one how he/she grasp the opportunity and Excel. Overall it's a good company .

Compensation and hike are way too less than standard .

It's really good for Bigginer's .. Experienced will not get effective package .. Take home is very less . Oral it's good for the fresher's and Manager cader ppl ...

Leadership quality's are very poor . No innovations to do . Have to follow manager rules . No growth for longer period .

Promotions are biased If you are from north and your manager is South Indian don't expect for any promotion or salary hike Bench people are treated very badly Shift allowance is very bad compared to other companies

No leadership qualities in managers ,After doing hard work and stretching after office hours ,you will not be rewarded HR is non reachable Project management is very bad Micromanagement at all levels
