Asking your manger for growth is like asking his salary. They will show like you are free to go as you haven't worked on anything. Politics for onsite location. Manager is a king. you cannot escalate his issues to anybody. If you escalate to skip or HR, anyway it boiled down to you. Have changed multiple projects, but same issue everywhere.

No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

Capgemini higher management is very useless. Capgemini management do not have any experience in handling engineering and research and development business. Altran and Aricent management was good well capable person to handle E R&D projects.

No hikes More people are in management just to take higher salary Poor work culture Management is eating engineering and research projects profit money.

limited career growth opportunities, inconsistent project assignments, poor management, below-average compensation, difficulty getting promotions, Employees might be put on projects that don't align with their skillset or are not challenging, leading to a feeling of stagnation.

Likes

Work life balance is good. Great chance to upskill yourself by getting various trainings and membership to premium platforms like Coursera, Udemy and Pluralsight. Get one cloud certification reimbursement per year. Keeps employees updated with training related trending technologies like generative AI.

Dislikes

As a fresher you may end up working for the same position and on same salary for long period. I have saw the freshers(who have done graduation from BCS, BCA) who joins Capgemini at CTC 2.5 LPA and after 3 years was on 2.75 LPA. So as a fresher you might stuck in this. You might get selected for technical role but after you may end up doing support task(For fresher's who's first company is Capgemini).
