...our. Leadership will give all fresher under lead and asked to get the work done.no salary hike from last 2 year. Only boot leaker get promotion though there is some compliance issue.

No Hr connect. In 2 years only 1 connect from HR. Appraisal system is not good Few units in Capgemini don’t even follow the rules set by Capgemini. And Capgemini don’t do anything about it.

As a fresher if u join , you will get nice personnel growth Unless u r assigned to nice project Work life balance is good Personally I got nice project and colleagues to encourage me and to take some difficult tasks
