Nothing is good in the company. They only somehow showcase a good reputation. It does not behave like a level 5 company. It was once a very good employee friendly org. Now the higher management has worst people making worst policies and the company ethics is nonsense.

Dislikes

1. No salary hike (If you do not have connection) 2. No promotion (if you do not have connection or licking manager's feet) 3. Poor management. 4. HR/RMs do not behave properly. 5. Any business unit can impose any policy even if it is not company policy 5. Anyone in senior management will call you any time (out of office hours and even you are on sick leave) - without any emergency 6. If you are on bench - they treat you like animals like you don't have any skills and expertise 7. Whoever says this is a good company- Must be licking anyone's feet and full of politics. 8. Politics on its verge

...rent. Also I have the counter offer of 6.24 lpa but they are not considering it. And top of the cherry they neither discuss about the role nor salary compensation during the time of interview. This was not expected from a reputable organization like Capgemini

Flexible shift timing, easy to travel, learning, experience, work culture, project, client, team members.. just everything is amazing.. I have had a great time here ..

Pay is very low, very very low. No proper promotion and hike .

Fair opportunity to upskill. Fairly flexible working conditions.

Dislikes

Salary structure completely out of sync with respect to role, designation, skill sets. Salary structure not upto the market standards. There is no capping of salary between existing resources and external hires.

Dislikes

No respect for the employees serving for longer period. The salary of the old employees are way lesser than the freshers. During appraisal also higher management won't normalize the salary.
